It is a wise idea to get with your Sponsor (the person who sold you the Challenge) before you start and make sure you are clear on what to take on Day 1 - 3. They can also go over any questions you may have on what foods you can eat during the 10 Cleanse portion of the Challenge to help you obtain the best results.

Be sure and drink plenty of water

Keep snacks handy and eat something between meals to keep you from getting too hungry.

The Fiber Drink tastes horrible. We all think so. But it does it's job so you'll get over it. I pour a little Spark in mine, mix and drink right away. If you let it sit it will puff up like a sponge so mix and drink!

You will be amazed how good you feel once you have finished the cleanse.
